The CCAI unites experts belonging to different fields and carrying very different skills and interests, but united by sharing two strong convictions: the first is that artificial intelligence will change the way we live and work in the short term; the second is that predicting and governing its impact is now not only possible, but indispensable. 

The value of CCAI thus lies in the interdisciplinary and multi-sectoral network that characterizes it, and in the independence from economic interests that is set as an indispensable condition for any collaboration or partnership.
